Charles Little, SPHR, SCP

Charles Little, SPHR, President and CEO of Strategic HR Partners is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Organizational Psychology and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR). He is also certified as a provider in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Right Path Indicator, Peer Review Panel Process, and Philip Crosby's Quality Educational System. He is also ICF trained and experienced executive coach who has been trained in Gallup's Strength Finder's coaching training.

He has 16 years of experience at the executive level in Human Resources working in companies ranging from $750 Million to $43 Billion in annual sales. Included in these companies were a Fortune 20 Corporation: The Kroger Company, O-Cedar Brands, Shakespeare Co. and Fujitec America.

His expertise at the senior level in Human Resources includes leading: Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Executive Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Positive Employee Relations, Union Avoidance, Labor Relations, Performance Management, Human Resources Metrics and Cultural Change through Continuous Improvement. This experience includes working in manufacturing of consumer products, food and beverage, textiles, plastics, elevators escalators, and pharmaceutical management service companies.

A three time graduate of Philip Crosby's Quality College, and graduate of Dr. Edward Deming's Quality Management Training, he is a recognized expert in cultural change through process improvement management, and the use of human resource metrics. 

He led total cultural change initiatives in 2 corporations.

He is a member of SHRM. He has been a member of (ASTD) The American Society for Training & Development and (ASQ) The American Society for Quality and World at Work Compensation Association.

Judith J. Giddings, PHR, CP

Judy Giddings is the Vice President of HR Business Development of Strategic HR Partners, LLC, an Employer’s Membership Association. Judy has over 30+ years of experience in Human Resources and spent most of her career working for two local companies – manufacturing for 30+ years and then a startup call center operation for 2 years.  Both of those employers provided her with broad range of experience in the areas of employee relations, employment law, labor negotiations, compensation and benefits, staffing, safety, security - people.    

Judy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Society of Human Resource Management SHRM Columbus Area Chapter, West Georgia Director of GA SHRM State Council, House of Heroes of the Chattahoochee Valley and Easterseals of West Georgia, Inc.  In the recent past, Judy served as the president of the local SHRM Columbus Area Chapter, Foundation Director of SHRM Georgia State Council, President of the Columbus Employer Committee of the GA DOL, served for over 10+ years on the Board of Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Chair of the Columbus Technical College Manufacturing & Service Academy, Partners in Education, United Way of the CV and has served as VP & Pres Elect of Georgia Industry Association.

Madelyn N. Brown, SPHR, SHRM-SCP 

Madelyn Brown is the Executive Director of Organizational Development and Training at Strategic HR Partners, Inc. She has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with 12 years working for the State of Georgia and the remaining years in the private sector.

Madelyn is on a mission to make the jobs of HR professionals, supervisors, and managers more rewarding by sharing her expertise in employee relations, continuous improvement, strategic planning, training and development, compliance, talent management, change management, and employment law.

Prior to joining SHRP, Madelyn has served as the CHRO with Columbus Technical College, West Central Technical College, West Georgia Technical College, and at the System Office for the Technical College System of Georgia, where she had oversight for the HR function of 22 colleges. She has had direct involvement with several college consolidations, numerous statewide site visits, and investigations of high-level administrators.

 Prior to her time in the public sector, her roles spanned a 20-year career within the HR discipline. She learned from some of the best national industry leaders such as Honda, Ricoh, and Nextel.

 Madelyn obtained her BBA from University of Georgia and was certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2003 and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2011. She has taught as an adjunct for both credit and non-credit courses and publishes, a blog of HR tips for managing employees.

Madelyn serves as President of SHRM-Columbus Area Chapter, board member for Women United, committee member for Scholarship Committee for Women United, and advisory committee member for HR for Columbus Technical College. Madelyn has been a national, regional, and state speaker for College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR).
