Biography of Charles Little, SPHR, SCP

Charles Little, SPHR, President and CEO of Strategic HR Partners is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Organizational Psychology and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR). He is also certified as a provider in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Right Path Indicator, Peer Review Panel Process, and Philip Crosby's Quality Educational System. He is also ICF trained and experienced executive coach who has been trained in Gallup's Strength Finder's coaching training.

He has 16 years of experience at the executive level in Human Resources working in companies ranging from $750 Million to $43 Billion in annual sales. Included in these companies were a Fortune 20 Corporation: The Kroger Company, O-Cedar Brands, Shakespeare Co. and Fujitec America.

His expertise at the senior level in Human Resources includes leading: Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Executive Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Positive Employee Relations, Union Avoidance, Labor Relations, Performance Management, Human Resources Metrics and Cultural Change through Continuous Improvement. This experience includes working in manufacturing of consumer products, food and beverage, textiles, plastics, elevators escalators, and pharmaceutical management service companies.

A three time graduate of Philip Crosby's Quality College, and graduate of Dr. Edward Deming's Quality Management Training, he is a recognized expert in cultural change through process improvement management, and the use of human resource metrics. 

He led total cultural change initiatives in 2 corporations.

He is a member of SHRM. He has been a member of (ASTD) The American Society for Training & Development and (ASQ) The American Society for Quality and World at Work Compensation Association.

He founded Strategic HR Partners INC., which is a regional employer's membership association that provides the best in class HR products and services delivered by experienced HR certified professionals to their member organizations, and to the general public.

In addition Strategic HR Partners has secured discount agreements with partnered companies that are best in class regionally and nationally to deliver their respective HR related products and services to Strategic HR Partner's member companies.


Judith J. Giddings, PHR, CP

Judy Giddings is the Vice President of HR Business Development of Strategic HR Partners, LLC, an Employer’s Membership Association.  Judy has over 30+ years of experience in Human Resources and spent most of her career working for two local companies – manufacturing for 30+ years and then a startup call center operation for 2 years.  Both of those employers provided her with broad range of experience in the areas of employee relations, employment law, labor negotiations, compensation and benefits, staffing, safety, security - people.    

Judy is currently serves on the Board of Directors for Society of Human Resource Management SHRM Columbus Area Chapter , West Georgia Director of GA SHRM State Council, House of Heroes of the Chattahoochee Valley and Easterseals of West Georgia, Inc.  In the recent past, Judy served as the president of the local SHRM Columbus Area Chapter, Foundation Director of SHRM Georgia State Council, President of the Columbus Employer Committee of the GA DOL, served for over 10+ years on the Board of Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers, Chair of the Columbus Technical College Manufacturing & Service Academy, Partners in Education, United Way of the CV and has served as VP & Pres Elect of Georgia Industry Association.

Her greatest pride is being married to her high school sweetheart Russell for over 40 years and together raising two daughters – Gwendolyn, a Family Nurse Practitioner and Natalee, a Special Needs Educator and has three grandchildren, Elisabeth, William and Victoria.

"Tibi" Andrea Westbrook, PHR, SCP

Tibi Westbrook joined Strategic HR Partners in January 2018 as a Senior HR Consultant.  She is a certified Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR) and a SHRM Certified Professional.   Her expertise as a Senior HR professional includes compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, employee & labor relations, performance improvement and risk management.  

Tibi’s professional experience includes 24 years of Medical Office Management, to include Office Administrator, Risk Manager, Billing Office Manager, and Medical Records Manager.  She also has an additional 21 years experience in Human Resources as a HR Director and HR Business Partner.

Tibi served many years on the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce Drug Free Workplace Committee, and on the Chamber Healthcare Committee.  While on the Healthcare Committee she chaired a sub-committee for three years whose purpose was to organize and host a Healthcare Symposium for Columbus and surrounding area businesses.  The purpose of the Symposium was to provide information regarding the Accountable Care Act for employers, large and small, to be prepared for implementation and compliance of the new law.  

Tibi is the proud wife of the late Jimmy Westbrook, to whom she was married for 36 years, proud mother of two daughters – Tracy and Dusty, and grandmother to three grandchildren -Amanda, Tyler and Jackson.  Added to the family is a grandson-in-law – Andrew, and soon to be grand-daughter-in-law – Anna. These wonderful people define who Tibi is.
