An employer’s membership association started in 2007 to provide Human Resource products and services critical to companies of all sizes. We are a member of the national Employer’s Association of America which includes 29 states representing 55,000 employers and 7,000,000 employees.
We offer products and services to our member companies through our full-time and contracted staff. Our partner companies offer substantial discounts to our member companies. Our vision is to expand our number of partners to cover even more HR related products and services.

Judy Giddings, PHR, SHRM-CP, Vice-President of Human Resources Business Development – over 30 years experience in HR at the executive level with Golden’s Foundry & Machine Company and Road America.
