CSU was the first University in The state of Georgia to adopt the recommended curriculum of SHRM national for an undergraduate and graduate degree in Human Resource management. They join a elite group of Universities that reads like a who is who list of academic excellence.

This past week on Tuesday March 23rd, CSU installed their officers , after receiving  their charter for their student chapter from SHRM national. They are sponsored by Columbus Georgia’s SHRM chapter.

There are a total of 24 students which is great for a degree program that just started.

I have attached a picture with names listed from left to right.

Sandra Lewis Vice President (student chapter), Matthew Doak Secretary(student chapter), Dr. Neal Thomas CSU, Dr. Linda Hadley Dean of The Turner College of Business, Dr. Tobias Huning, Faculty Advisor, Georgia Beard-White (SHRM student chapter President), Brenda Mullins (President SHRM Professional Chapter), Charles Little, SPHR (CEO Strategic HR Partners), Dr. Kimberly Mullen (Senior Director of Student Involvement.( Not pictured is the SHRM student chapter’s Treasurer Megan Johns.)
