Human Resource Certification Preparation Course

Strategic HR Partners, an Employers Membership Association completed a Fall, 2010 and Spring, 2011 Human Resources Preparation Course for professional accreditation in human resource management.

The course participants attend three (3) hour evening classes for twelve (12) weeks.  The course is also instructor led by certified, experienced human resources professionals.  Business leaders and the HR profession value the credentialing process because the exam tests both knowledge gained from HR experience, as well as HR business practices, policies and procedures that HR professionals are expected to know. 

As the internationally recognized leader in HR certification, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) has been certifying HR professionals for more than 33 years. Today, more than 108,000 certified HR professionals in more than 70 countries and territories have received and successfully maintained their HR credentials. 

There are three certifications for practicing HR professionals:

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR^®)  
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR^®)  
• Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR^®)
