Pinpoint Regional Compensation & Benefits Survey

I recently retained Strategic HR Partners to conduct a search for a Vice President of Human Resources. This letter is to tell you what a wonderful outcome I had at a recent class attended through Strategic HR Partners. The "Supervisory Skills" class was presented by Kevin Hoats, who did an outstanding job! The class scheduled were well planned and the timing was perfect for me to take advantage of on a weekly basis and not having to give up too much of my time from my work day. This was an 8 week program and each week was informative, well organized, superbly presented, pertinent to my job and role, and the class interaction was truly beneficial! Each class outline helped our group to prepare for the next week. There was time for review, and to reflect on what we learned from the previous class. Our homework was a way to help up implement new strategies and new ideas. I can honestly say this was one of the most enjoyable and helpful classes I have attended in a long time!

I highly recommend this class to other companies looking for a way to engage their supervisors and managers at all levels.

New supervisors and managers and people being considered for promotion to management will really benefit from attending these classes.
