Charles Little, SPHR, SCP

     
Charles Little, SPHR, President and CEO of Strategic HR Partners is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Organizational Psychology and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR). He is also certified as a provider in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Right Path Indicator, Peer Review Panel Process, and Philip Crosby's Quality Educational System. He is also ICF trained and experienced executive coach who has been trained in Gallup's Strength Finder's coaching training. He has 16 years of experience at the executive level in Human Resources working in companies ranging from $750 Million to $43 Billion in annual sales. Included in these companies were a Fortune 20 Corporation: The Kroger Company, O-Cedar Brands, Shakespeare Co. and Fujitec America.
His expertise at the senior level in Human Resources includes leading: Strategic Planning, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, Executive Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Positive Employee Relations, Union Avoidance, Labor Relations, Performance Management, Human Resources Metrics and Cultural Change through Continuous Improvement. This experience includes working in manufacturing of consumer products, food and beverage, textiles, plastics, elevators escalators, and pharmaceutical management service companies. A three time graduate of Philip Crosby's Quality College, and graduate of Dr. Edward Deming's Quality Management Training, he is a recognized expert in cultural change through process improvement management, and the use of human resource metrics. He led total cultural change initiatives in 2 corporations.
He is a member of SHRM. He has been a member of (ASTD) The American Society for Training & Development and (ASQ) The American Society for Quality and World at Work Compensation Association.
He founded Strategic HR Partners INC., which is a regional employer's membership association that provides the best in class HR products and services delivered by experienced HR certified professionals to their member organizations, and to the general public.
In addition Strategic HR Partners has secured discount agreements with partnered companies that are best in class regionally and nationally to deliver their respective HR related products and services to Strategic HR Partner's member companies.

 


 

Dianne W. Geiger

Dianne Geiger is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Consulting Services and Business Development for Strategic HR Partners. She has over 35 years of experience in business administration management and consulting in the mid to large markets, both private and public sector. She brings a proven leadership background with frontline knowledge and execution skills in Human Resources management, extensive expertise in employee healthcare and benefits consulting to include benefit plan design and cost management strategies, pharmacy benefit management, business startup and operations, direct experience in employer-sponsored health and wellness clinics, and sales and marketing across these sectors.
Prior to joining Strategic HR Partners, Dianne has held senior executive positions, some of which are the Vice President of Employee Health & Benefits for Aon Consulting, Partner and Vice President of Operations and Client Management for WorksiteRx (acquired by CareATC), Director of Client and Clinical Services/Health and Wellness Programs at CareATC, and CEO of Business Operations and Client Management for Workplace Solutions Health.
She is active in many areas focused on raising awareness around women's leadership in business, and has has held board positions with Prevent Blindness Georgia (a non-profit organization located in Atlanta, Georgia) and WorksiteRx.
Dianne has been a speaker on health and benefit management strategies and other industry topics around the state, such as Pharmacy Benefit Management Strategies Using 340-B Programs, Reducing Employer Benefit Costs Through Dependent Eligibility Audits, and Employer-Sponsored Health and Wellness Clinics - The Value Proposition.
